xyruscode

For design, marketing, and web agencies

Ship your client's build without adding a developer to your payroll.

Xyrus Code takes the build your agency has already sold and delivers it on a fixed date, in your brand, with no trace of us in it.

You already have the clients. You don't have the developers.

The pitch is won, the retainer is signed, and then the build needs a WordPress developer, a Shopify developer, and someone who can ship a React dashboard by Friday. Agencies lose time and margin in that gap, not in the sale.

We work in that gap. You keep the client, you keep the margin, and you keep the relationship. We do the engineering.

  • A project that needs a developer you do not have on the team
  • A deadline set by the client's marketing plan rather than by the build
  • A scope nobody wrote down, so the price cannot be fixed
  • A handover your client can maintain without calling anybody

The five fears, answered

Every agency asks these before they send a brief. Here is the plain answer to each one.

They will miss the deadline.

The delivery date is written into the quote, and if we slip, you do not pay for the delay.

It will not look like what we designed.

We build from your Figma or design files, and you get a staging link to review before anything goes live.

The client will find out.

Your domain, your hosting, your repo, your name. We never contact your client and we are not credited anywhere.

They will ask a hundred questions.

One point of contact, a shared channel, and a written scope up front. Questions happen before the quote, not during the build.

They will disappear mid-project.

A named contact for the project, a written status every week, and a handover document you own. The build lives in your repo, so you are never locked in.

What it costs

Every price is a starting price, and the scope it covers is written underneath it. Nothing is hidden behind a call.

Every price is a starting price. It covers the scope listed underneath.

Delivery times are typical for the scope listed. The date in your quote is the one that counts.

Work we have shipped

Three builds we delivered for clients directly. The way of working behind them is the way we work for agencies.

UrbanStyle GNB

2026

The constraint

A Lagos streetwear label selling in naira wanted a storefront with an editorial feel, not a template, and needed it live before the next drop. There was a design in hand and a date, and no team to hand it to.

Scope delivered

  • A full custom theme treatment on Shopify
  • An editorial homepage hero and a hot-now drop rail
  • Collection tiles, a lookbook carousel, and a seasonal visual index
  • Product pages with variant selection and naira pricing
  • Cart, checkout, inventory, and customer accounts
  • WhatsApp and Instagram wired in for direct contact
Stack
ShopifyLiquidJavaScriptWhatsApp Business
Time to delivery
1 week from kickoff to launch

Outcome

Live and trading since 2026, with the full catalogue, naira pricing, cart, and checkout running on one build. No conversion data was tracked on it.

Agency use case

A design agency taking on a fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle client that wants a store with a strong look. One week is short enough to put a launch date in the proposal and keep it.

EiEWG DataHub

2025

The constraint

A working group coordinating education response across three states was running on shared spreadsheets. More than 40 partner organisations needed one place to file reports, submit 5Ws data, and see what was happening across the three states.

Scope delivered

  • Accounts with roles for UN agencies, international NGOs, and government partners
  • 5Ws data submissions and a monthly reporting workflow
  • Activity, incident, and response dashboards
  • Financial commitments and stock supply tracking
  • A member directory and a resources section with reports and publications
  • Photo uploads on partner accounts
Stack
LaravelReact
Time to delivery
1 to 2 months from kickoff to launch

Outcome

In production since 2025, with 40 or more partner organisations filing into it across Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe.

Agency use case

An agency or digital team hired to build a platform for a client with several partner organisations, where accounts, roles, and reporting matter more than a brochure. Useful when the client answers to a season or a funding cycle rather than to a marketing plan.

OAKK Care

2024

The constraint

A residential care facility in Carson, California needed a clean, trustworthy web presence, and it had to cover two services, senior care and non-medical transport, for families looking for either.

Scope delivered

  • A service-led site for residential care and non-medical transport
  • Facilities, location, and contact details for families looking on a phone
  • Clear information architecture so the right service is one tap away
  • A contact path for enquiries
Stack
ReactTailwind CSS
Time to delivery
3 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch

Outcome

Live since 2024 in Carson, California, and still serving families looking for senior care and transport. No traffic or uptime figures were tracked on this build.

Agency use case

A web agency pitching a care, medical, or local services client in the US or UK. Three to four weeks on a stack the agency already knows, and the client gets a site they can update without calling anyone.

How we work

What you do, and what we do, at every step. No step where you are left guessing.

01

Brief

You do

Send the scope, the design files, and the date the client expects.

We do

Read the brief, ask the questions that matter, and say so if the date is not realistic.

02

Quote

You do

Approve the scope and the price.

We do

Send a fixed quote with the scope, the price, and the delivery date in writing.

03

Build

You do

Review the staging link and give feedback.

We do

Build in your repo, push to your staging, and send a written status every week.

04

Handover

You do

Take the deliverable to the client.

We do

Hand over the source, the pipeline, and a handover document. The repo stays under your name.

Questions agencies ask

If yours is not here, ask it on the form at the bottom of this page.

How much does a build cost?

Every service has a published starting price, listed below and on the services page. The price covers the scope written under it. Scope beyond that floor is quoted separately, in writing, before the work starts.

What is included in the price?

The build, the source code in your repo, the deploy pipeline, a written scope, and a handover document. You own all of it from the first commit.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions on the agreed scope are included, and the number of rounds is written into the quote before we start. More rounds are quoted as extra time rather than slipped in at the end.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. The code sits in your repository under your account, and it stays there after the project ends.

What happens when the scope changes?

We do not quietly expand the scope. Any change is written up with the extra time and the extra cost, and it starts only when you approve it. The delivery date moves only if the scope moves.

Do you work in our existing repository?

Yes. We work in your repo on a branch, or in a fresh repo you own, and we push to your GitHub or GitLab. You do not have to change how you work to use us.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign one before the first commit whenever you ask for it, and the same NDA covers the build and any support work that follows.

What stack do you work in?

React, Next.js, and TanStack Start on the front end. Laravel, Node, and Supabase on the back end. WordPress and Shopify when the brief calls for it. We can work in whatever stack your agency already uses.

Do you handle hosting and maintenance after launch?

We can. The maintenance retainer is $300 per site per month and covers updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, and a set number of hours. If you would rather keep hosting in house, we hand it over and you run it.

Will you talk to our client?

No. That is the point. We never contact your client unless you ask us to, and every update goes to you.

Send the scope and the deadline

You get a fixed quote and a delivery date. If the scope is a fit, we are in the build.

The more specific this is, the more useful the quote.

Buildability review

Not sure the build is possible?

Send us the project and tell us what is worrying you. We will tell you what is feasible, what it would cost, and how long it would take. If we are not the right fit for it, we will say so.

Whatever it is. We will tell you if it is a problem.
